Claim for wrong dental extraction

If your dentist has extracted the wrong tooth then you can make a claim for compensation for the pain and discomfort of having a tooth removed as well as the costs, including the cost of any orthodontic treatment required, involved in correcting the mistake.

OperationIf this has happened to you we can help you claim the compensation that you deserve and on a No Win- No Fee basis so if for any reason we are unable to assist you then you won’t have to pay us a penny for the work we have done on your behalf.

The wrong tooth may have extracted as a result of poorly prepared notes or the dentist simply making an error; whatever the cause we can help.

As well as claiming for the pain and suffering we will also claim, if appropriate for the needless anaesthetic that may have been used on you as well as the cost of any replacement crowns that may needed to replace the incorrectly removed tooth.

If you needed time from work to recover from a wrongly removed tooth, again we will look to make recovery of this and all other financial losses that you may have incurred.
